About Our Storage Facility
At the heart of our storage service is a secure and professionally managed warehouse. Unlike self-storage options, our facility is designed with convenience and security in mind.
Our warehouse is protected with both motion sensors and 24/7 security cameras, monitored by a trusted local security company.
Insulated walls and roofing ensure your belongings remain in a temperate and dry environment all year round. While it is not fully climate-controlled, our building is engineered to avoid extreme temperatures or moisture buildup.
THIS IS NOT A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY. Access must be arranged in advance as a forklift operator must be on site to bring the pod(s) forward. A warehouse handling fee is charged whenever access is requested. (See Section 8 of Pod Rental Agreement.)

Storage Guidelines and Requirements
Food products, flammable material, toxic or noxious material, or organic chemicals of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. (See Section 6 of Pod Rental Agreement.)
CUSTOMERS MUST ARRANGE FOR CONTENT INSURANCE FOR THEIR PROPERTY and proof of insurance must be supplied upon request. (See Section 7 of Pod Rental Agreement.)

Short-term storage typically refers to storing items for a few days up to a few months — ideal during moves, renovations, or temporary transitions. Long-term storage is generally used when you need to store items for six months or more, offering a secure solution for seasonal belongings or items you don’t need regular access to.
Yes, our storage containers are designed to keep your belongings safe from the elements. While the warehouse is not climate-controlled, it is insulated to maintain a temperate environment. This ensures protection from extreme heat, cold, or moisture throughout the year.
Because our facility is not self-service, access must be arranged in advance. A forklift operator is required to retrieve your pod(s), and a warehouse handling fee applies. We aim to accommodate access requests quickly and efficiently.
Security is a top priority. Our warehouse is monitored by a local security firm with both motion detectors and 24/7 surveillance cameras. All access is managed by trained staff, and only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
To maintain a safe environment, we prohibit storing food, flammable materials, chemicals, toxic substances, or anything that could spoil or pose a hazard. For a complete list of prohibited items, please refer to Section 6 of our Pod Rental Agreement.
Yes, all customers must arrange for contents insurance. This protects you in the unlikely event of loss or damage. We may request proof of insurance at any time, as outlined in our Pod Rental Agreement.
