About Our Facility
Our warehouse is alarmed with both sensors and cameras and monitored by a local security company.
The walls and roof of the building are insulated, which keeps the climate temperate (not too hot / not too cold) and dry all year long. The warehouse is not climate-controlled.
THIS IS NOT A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY. Access must be arranged in advance as a forklift operator must be on site to bring the pod(s) forward. A warehouse handling fee is charged whenever access is requested. (See Section 8 of Pod Rental Agreement.)
Other Important Information
Food products, flammable material, toxic or noxious material, or organic chemicals of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. (See Section 6 of Pod Rental Agreement.)
CUSTOMERS MUST ARRANGE FOR CONTENT INSURANCE FOR THEIR PROPERTY and proof of insurance must be supplied upon request. (See Section 7 of Pod Rental Agreement.)

Our movers will come to your location, load your content into one of our moving vans, and unload it into a storage pod (or pods) at our warehouse. When you’re ready to bring everything back home, we’ll deliver it to your desired location.
Renovations
Whether it’s a large renovation project or a small remodel, our storage units are the perfect solution to store all your belongings while you complete your home improvement.
For the construction industry, our units are the ideal way to secure your equipment and supplies until the next job. We’ll load your items into one of our moving trucks and transfer them to a pod in our storage facility, and then deliver it all to your new worksite upon request.
