About Our Storage Facility
At the core of our storage services is a secure, professionally managed warehouse located in Squamish, BC. Unlike self-storage options, our facility is designed for full-service container storage, with safety, care, and controlled access built into every step.
Our warehouse is protected by motion sensors and 24/7 security cameras, monitored by a trusted local security company.
Insulated walls and roofing help keep your belongings dry and protected throughout the year. While the building is not fully climate controlled, it is designed to avoid extreme temperature changes and moisture buildup.
THIS IS NOT A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY. Access must be scheduled in advance since a forklift operator is required to retrieve your storage container. A warehouse handling fee applies when access is requested. A warehouse handling fee is charged whenever access is requested. (See Section 8 of Pod Rental Agreement.)
Storage Guidelines and Requirements
To help keep stored items safe and meet insurance and safety standards, the following guidelines apply to all storage containers.
Food items, flammable materials, toxic or noxious substances, and organic chemicals are not permitted in our storage containers. (See Section 6 of Pod Rental Agreement.)
Customers are responsible for arranging contents insurance for their stored items. Proof of insurance may be requested at any time. (See Section 7 of Pod Rental Agreement.)
